Terms of Service
These Terms govern ordering, delivery of digital and design services, project milestones, intellectual property and payment. By commissioning Modernroute you accept these terms.
- Quotations: valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Deliverables: described in the project scope; changes may incur additional fees.
- Intellectual Property: we grant you a licence upon final payment; third‑party assets remain subject to their licences.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Your rights
Under the ACL, consumers have guarantees when purchasing services. Services must be rendered with due care and skill and be fit for their disclosed purpose.
If a service is not delivered as promised, you may be entitled to remedies including re‑performance, refund or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to non‑excludable consumer guarantees under the ACL, Modernroute's total liability for loss arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected services.
We exclude liability for indirect, special or consequential loss to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Data handling & Privacy
We collect and process personal data necessary to deliver services. Details on collection, storage, retention and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Requests relating to personal data or to exercise statutory rights may be submitted to Modernroute@outlook.com.
Dispute resolution & Governing law
In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at Modernroute@outlook.com so we may attempt informal resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Where mandatory consumer law applies, nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update this legal page from time to time. Material changes will be notified on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
